Kristen Gilliland: Kristen graduated from Bloomington IVY Tech State College with a Licensed Practice Nurse degree in 1994. She has been with Bloomington OB/GYN for ten years.

          If you have questions pertaining to any of the following below please call our office and use extension 219. 

Prescription Refills

If you are calling because you need a refill on your perscription you can call the office and press option 3. Please leave a message with the name of your pharmacy (some pharmacies have multiple locations so make sure to leave the location of your pharmacy), your name, your date of birth,your telephone number, and what prescriptions you need refilled. Messages are checked several times a day.

• Please note that we cannot call in new medications or controlled substances without prior approval from the doctor. So please allow a little more time for these.
• No Controlled substances can be refilled after office hours.

                          Concerns, or Problems

Please contact the nurse if you have any concerns or problems and you think that you might need to be seen as soon as possible.

 Notification of lab results

If you call the office for your lab results, please give the nurse all the correct phone numbers where you can be reached, the date that you have the tests preformed, first and last name, and your date of birth. One of our nurses will return your call as soon as possible.

• Please give enough time for labs to process your results. Many tests require forty eight hours to process.

• All of our labs get drawn/sent to Monroe Hospital, if your insurance requires you to have your tests done by another lab please inform the front desk personel.
