Leland R. Matthews, M.D

Dr. Matthews attended college at Indiana University where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1963. He continued his studies at the Indiana University School of Medicine where he received his degree, Doctor of Medicine, in 1966. He did a Rotating Internship at Buttterworth Hospital, Grand Rapids, Michigan, in 1966-1967. He then served in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant (physician) at the Charleston Naval Base from 1967-1969. He completed a three year residency in OB-GYN at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids in 1972. He was certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1975. He has been practicing OB/GYN for thirty five years.

Michele Yarbrough, RN, MSN, WHNP-BC

Michele Yarbrough received a Master's of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in August 2009 and is a board certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health, and both the Indiana State and American Nursing Associations. Ms. Yarbrough is originally from Huntsville, Alabama and graduated with a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, in 2003. She lived in Nashville, TN for five years where she worked as a contract archaeologist prior to pursuing her degree in nursing. Since moving to Bloomington, Ms. Yarbrough has become a member of the Young Professionals of Bloomington and the Riddle Point Rowing Association.
